Hankinta koostuu toimistotarvikkeiden, ICT-oheistarvikkeiden, kopiopapereiden ja kirjekuorten hankinnasta. Osa-alueessa 1 Toimistotarvikkeet perustetaan puitejärjestely kolmen toimittajan kesken. Osa-alueessa 2 ICT-oheistarvikkeet perustetaan puitejärjestely kolmen toimittajan kesken. Osa-alueessa 3 Kopiopaperit valitaan yksi sopimustoimittaja puitejärjestelyyn. Osa-alueessa 4 Kirjekuoret valitaan yksi sopimustoimittaja puitejärjestelyyn. Sopimuskausi on 1.2.2027-31.1.2028, jonka jälkeen sopimusta voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevalla optiokaudella.
