Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut pyytää jättämään tarjouksen elintarvikkeiden pienien erien toimittamisesta Savonlinnan seurakunnalle toistaiseksi voimassa olevalle sopimuskaudelle. Sopimuskausi alkaa 1.1.2027 ja on voimassa toistaiseksi 6 kk irtisanomisajalla. Tilaajan tulee olla mahdollista määrittää tilaamiensa tuotteiden määrä, jolloin sekä pienet, että suuremmat määrät ovat myös mahdollisia. Tuotteet puretaan kuljetuspakkauksistaan ja toimittaja vie kuljetuslaatikot ja rullakot mukanaan noudattaen materiaalien vastuullista ja oikeaoppista kierrättämistä. Hankintamalli on yhden (1) toimittajan hankintasopimus, jossa tilaaja tulee tekemään tilaukset suoraan valitulta toimittajalta. Tilaukset suoritetaan tarpeen mukaan. Sopimuskauden aikana ei sitouduta vähimmäistilausmääriin ja hankitaan ainoastaan käytettävissä olevien määrärahojen sallima määrä. Tarjouspyynnössä mainitut määrät ovat suuntaa antavia arvioita eivätkä sido tilaajaa.
