Details

Puolustusvoimien logistiikkalaitos (jäljempänä myös Hankintayksikkö) pyytää tarjoustanne varuskuntaterveysasemien hoitotarvikevaunuista, potilas- ja instrumenttipöydistä sekä huoltovaunuista (jäljempänä sairaalakalusteista). Hankinnan kohteena on sairaalakalusteet varuskuntaterveysasemille. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen: 1. Hoitotarvikevaunut 2. Potilaspöydät, instrumenttipöydät ja huoltovaunut. Osatarjoukset ovat sallittuja. Tarjoaja voi valita ne osa-alueet, joihin jättää tarjouksen. Osa-alue 1 vertaillaan osa-aluekohtaisesti ja osa-alueen sisällä on tarjottava kaikki pyydetyt kohteet päästäkseen mukaan vertailuun. Osa-alue 2 vertaillaan kohdekohtaisesti ja tarjoaja voi valita ne kohteet, joihin jättää tarjouksen. Kuhunkin vertailukokonaisuuteen (osa-alue tai kohde) valitaan sopimuskumppaniksi yksi (1) toimittaja. Sopimuksen kesto on vuodet 2026 - 2029. Sopimusaika on arvioitu alkavaksi 1.12.2026, mutta alkaa kuitenkin sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo on n. 183.000,00 EUR. Arvioitu laajuus on sitoutumaton arvio. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.

Lots Lot 1 — Osa-alue 1 Hoitotarvikevaunut: Sisältää hoitotarvikevaunun, elvytysvaunun ja korkean sairaalavaunun. Vaunujen tulee soveltua terveydenhuollon käyttöön terveysasemien toimenpidehuoneissa lääkkeiden, lääkinnällisten laitteiden sekä terveydenhuollon tarvikkeiden säilytykseen. Lot 2 — Osa-alue 2 Potilaspöydät, instrumenttipöydät ja huoltovaunut: Sisältää potilaspöydät, instrumenttipöydät ja huoltovaunun (jälj. sairaalakalusteet). Sairaalakalusteiden tulee soveltua käytettäväksi terveysasemilla toimenpiteiden yhteydessä tai terveysasemalla esim. potilasruokailussa. Sairaalakalusteiden tulee soveltua myös terveydenhuollon käyttöön terveysasemien toimenpidehuoneissa lääkkeiden, lääkinnällisten laitteiden sekä terveydenhuollon tarvikkeiden säilytykseen ja kuljetukseen.
