Hankinnan kohteena on kaasukromatografi-kolmoiskvadrupolimassaspektrometri (GC-MS/MS) automaattisella näytteensyöttäjällä elintarvikkeiden torjunta-ainejäämien määrityksiin. Laitetta käytetään erityisesti monijäämämenetelmien sekä yksittäisten GC-analytiikkaa vaativien torjunta-aineiden määrityksiin erilaisista elintarvikematriiseista. Järjestelmän tulee soveltua vaativaan akkreditoituun rutiinikäyttöön, tarjota korkea herkkyys ja selektiivisyys sekä mahdollistaa luotettava analytiikka myös haastavissa matriiseissa.
