HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena ovat valtion lasku- ja hankintasanomien välityspalvelut tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritellyn mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" ja liitteissä 1.1-1.6. SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimus on määräaikaisena voimassa viisi (5) vuotta. Sopimukseen sisältyy mahdollisuus jatkaa sopimuskautta enintään kahdella (2) enintään kahden (2) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Sopimuskautta ja sopimuksen irtisanomista koskevat ehdot on esitetty tarkemmin sopimuksessa (katso tarjouspyynnön liitteen A kohdat 5 ja 29). HANKINNAN LAAJUUS Hankinnan laajuutta ja arvioituja volyymeja on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti tarjouspyynnön liitteissä 1, 1.1-1.7 ja 5. Lisäksi volyymeihin liittyviä historiatietoja on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä C.1.
