Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Puhaksen itsepalveluasemien tukipalvelun hankinnasta sopimuskaudelle 9.12.2026 - 31.12.2030 + mahdollisuus jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Mikäli Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi irtisanoo sopimuksen viimeistään kaksitoista (12) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä, sopimus päättyy 31.12.2030. Jos sopimusta ei irtisanota päättymään sopimuskauden päättyessä, sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana kahdentoista (12) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
