Hankinnan tavoitteena on hankkia nykyaikainen, kokonaisvaltainen ja integroitavissa oleva toiminnanohjausjärjestelmä, joka tukee vuokrataloyhtiön keskeisiä prosesseja yhtenäisesti yhdestä järjestelmästä. Hankinnan kohteena on vuokrataloyhtiön kokonaisjärjestelmä (SaaS-palvelu), joka kattaa mm. seuraavat keskeiset toiminnallisuudet: • asiakas- ja kohdetietojen hallinta sekä hakutoiminnot • vuokrasopimusten hallinta • reskontrat ja laskutus • sopimusten päättämiseen liittyvät prosessit • huoltokirja ja vikailmoitusten hallinta • asiakasviestintä, varaukset ja tiketöinti Hankinnan kohteen sisältö, laajuus, vähimmäisvaatimukset sekä palvelun toteuttamista koskevat ehdot on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tarjouspyynnön liitteet, mukaan lukien palvelukuvaus (Liite 1), vaatimusmäärittely (Liite 2) ja hintaliite (Liite 3), ovat osa hankinta-asiakirjoja ja niissä esitetyt vaatimukset sekä tiedot ovat tarjoajaa sitovia.
