Details

Kaupunkiympäristön toimiala (KYMP) on toteuttamassa Infrarakentamisen valvonnan ja tilannekuvan sovelluksen hankintaa. Järjestelmä hankitaan ohjelmistopalveluna (SaaS). Sillä tuetaan katujen, puistojen ja muiden yleisten alueiden infrahankkeiden seurantaa valmistelusta takuuajan päättymiseen, erityisesti urakan toteutusvaiheen hallintaa, dokumentointia ja viestintää kenttäolosuhteissa. Järjestelmää käyttävät kaupungin rakennuttajat ja suunnittelijat sekä urakoitsijat ja suunnittelu- ja valvontakonsultit. Käyttäjiä on tavoitetilassa noin 400, ja urakkavaiheessa olevia hankkeita on vuosittain noin 200. Hankinta sisältää ohjelmistopalvelun käyttöoikeudet, ylläpidon ja tuen sekä kiinteähintaisen käyttöönottoprojektin. Ohjelmistopalvelu on toimitettava lopulliseen hyväksymistestaukseen viimeistään 12 kuukauden kuluttua sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta. Lisäksi hankinta sisältää tarvittaessa erikseen tilattavia koulutus-, jatkokehitys- ja asiantuntijapalveluja. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi.
