Hankinnan kohteena on Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n (Heka) Haagan, Kannelmäen, Malminkartannon ja Maunulan alueiden asuintalojen huoneistojen ja yleisten tilojen korjaustyöt. Kohteita on noin 93, joissa on noin 9 600 huoneistoa. Korjaustöitä tehdään asuinhuoneistoissa sekä yhteisissä tiloissa, kuten kerhohuoneissa, ulkoiluvälinevarastoissa, kellarikäytävillä ym. tiloissa. Suoritettavat työt ovat pääosin erilaisia pintarakenteisiin ja asunnon varusteisiin liittyviä korjaustöitä esimerkiksi: • seinäpintojen maalauskunnostuksia ja tapetointeja, • kattopintojen maalauskunnostuksia, • pattereiden ja putkien maalauksia, • ikkunoiden ja ovien listoitusten uusimisia, • väliovien ovilehtien ja karmien uusimisia, • lattiapinnoitteiden uusimisia, • keittiökaapistojen ja kiintokalusteiden uusimisia * kylpyhuoneiden korjauksia varusteineen • vauriokorjausten jälleenrakentamisia • lisäksi mahdollisia pienkorjauksia piha-alueella esim. aurausvaurioiden korjauksia ja rakennuksen, pihan tai varusteiden korjauksia laskutyönä Hankinnan tuloksena perustetaan puitejärjestely. Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan enintään kahdeksan (8) palveluntuottajaa. Puitejärjestelyn ehdot on kuvattu sopimuspohjassa. Työt toteutetaan pääosin hintaliitteen mukaisin yksikköhinnoin. Varsinainen sopimus on voimassa kaksi (2) vuotta sopimuskauden alkamispäivästä lukien. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) kerrallaan yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiolla varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymisestä lukien.
