Tällä ilmoituksella Metsähallitus pyytää tarjouksia vesireittiliikennepalvelun tuottamisesta Vallisaareen vuosille 2027–2029. Vesireitin tarkoituksena on kuljettaa kävijöitä Vallisaareen Helsingin Kauppatorilta. Vallisaaren yhteys on ainoa saaren mantereelle yhdistävä reitti, jolla arvioidaan olevan 50 000 matkustajaa vuosittain. Helsinki Biennaali tavoittelee Vallisaaressa 120 000 kävijää vuonna 2027 ja 120 000 kävijää toteutuessaan vuonna 2029. Tarjouskilpailun perusteella valitaan yksi palveluntuottaja. Reitin tarkempi kuvaus on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tarjouspyynnössä esitettyihin arvioihin hankintamääristä. Hankinnassa käytetään hankintalain 1397/2016 32 § mukaista avointa menettelyä.
