Jyväskylän kaupungin Tilapalvelu kilpailuttaa rakennesuunnittelutehtävät puitejärjestelyn tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti ajalle 2027 ja 2028 sekä optiot vuosille 2029 ja 2030. Sopimuskumppaneita valitaan 4 (neljä) kpl. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo sopimuskaudelle on 1,0 Milj. euroa. Hankinnan enimmäisarvo sopimuskaudelle on 1,2 Milj. euroa. Enimmäisarvo sisältä varauksen sopimuskauden aikana ennakolta vaikeasti arvioitaviin hankintatarpeisiin, joiden laajuutta ei voida hankintaa käynnistettäessä luotettavasti arvioida. Enimmäisarvo ei kuvaa hankintayksikön sitoutumista hankintamäärään, vaan hankinnan suurinta mahdollista arvoa sopimuskaudella. Jos enimmäisarvo on saavutettu ennen määräaikaisen sopimuksen tai mahdollisesti käyttöön otetun optiokauden päättymisaikaa, puitejärjestely päättyy. Toimittajalla ei tällöin ole mitään vaatimuksia Tilaajaa kohtaan.
