Hankinnan kohteena on Virtain pelastus- ja ensihoitoasema vuokrahankintana Virtain kaupungin osoittamalle tontille. Vuokranantaja rakennuttaa vuokrakohteen siten, että vuokranantaja vastaa vuokrakohteen suunnittelusta, rakennuttamisesta ja ylläpidosta kustannuksellaan. Vuokranantaja saa korvauksen kustannuksista vuokrasopimuksissa sovitun vuokran muodossa. Hankkeeseen valittu tarjoaja on rakennushankkeeseen ryhtyvä, investori, rakennuttaja, päätoteuttaja ja vuokranantaja sekä kiinteistön haltija ja rakennuksen omistaja. Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue tulee toimimaan vuokralaisena ja käyttäjänä vähintään 20 vuoden ajan.
