Kiinteistö Oy Leppävaaran Esplanadinkulma pyytää tarjouksia yllä mainitusta urakastaliitteenä olevien tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti.Kilpailutuksen kohteena oleva rakennuskohde käsittää kiinteistön B-rakennuksen LVIASJlinjasaneeraushankettasekä A- ja B-rakennuksien vesikattojen korjaushanketta liitteenäolevien urakkalaskenta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. B-rakennuksen urakka-alueella ei olehankkeen aikana toimintaa. A-rakennuksen toimistotilat ovat normaalisti hankkeen aikanakäytössä, joka tulee huomioida urakan aikana.Tarjouksen tulee sisältää kaikki tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaiset rakennus- ja taloteknisettyöt kokonaisuudessaan valmiiksi saatettuna.Urakkamuoto on kokonaisurakka, jossa kokonaisurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana japäätoteuttajana. LVV-, jäähdytys-, ilmanvaihto- sekä sähkötyöt sisältyvät pääurakoitsijansuoritusvelvollisuuksiin. Pääurakan urakka-aika alkaa alustavasti joulukuussa 2026 ja sen tulee olla valmiina 30.6.2027 mennessä.
