Details

Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue valmistelee Kaupin yliopistollisen sosiaali- ja terveysaseman uudisrakennushanketta Tampereen yliopistollisen sairaalan Kaupin kampusalueelle. Kaupin yliopistollisen sote-aseman uudisrakennus (uusi C-rakennus) on n. 15 000 brm2:n (urakoinnin laajuus laskenta-asiakirjojen mukaan) laajuinen rakennus, johon sijoitetaan mm. terveysaseman vastaanottopalvelut, aikuisten sekä lasten- ja nuorten mielenterveys- ja päihdepalvelut, työikäisten sosiaalityö ja perheohjaus, avokuntoutus, suun terveydenhuolto, äitiys- ja lastenneuvola sekä kehitystä tukevat palvelut. Uusi C-rakennus rakennetaan Taysin Kaupin kampukselle nykyisten purettavien TAMKin rakennusten paikalle. Vanhat rakennukset puretaan ennen uudisrakennuksen urakan käynnistymistä. Uusi C-rakennus kytketään tunnelilla sairaala-alueen tunneliverkostoon ja ilmasillalla sairaalakampukseen sekä TAMKin olemassa olevaan ilmasiltaan. Hankkeen urakkamuoto on jaettu urakka. Tällä hankintailmoituksella haetaan hankkeelle sivu-urakoitsijoita. Hankkeen pääurakoitsijaa haetaan toisella erillisellä hankintailmoituksella. Rakennusautomaatiourakoitsijana tulee toimimaan Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen puitesopimuskumppani. Tarjouslaskenta-aikaa annetaan noin kolme kuukautta.
