Details

Hankinnan kohteena ovat ylläpitosiivouspalvelut oululaisen vuokratalokonserni Sivakan kiinteistöissä. Kilpailutuksen piiriin kuuluu kaksi (2) yhtiötä: Oulun Sivakka Oy ja Sivakka-yhtymä Oy. Sopimus solmitaan molempien yhtiöiden kanssa. Siivottavat tilat ovat asuinkerrostalojen ja pientalojen porraskäytävä-, hissi-, sauna- ja kerhotiloja, pyykkitupia sekä urheiluväline- ja lastenvaunuvarastoja. Asuinhuoneistojen siivoukset eivät sisälly tähän hankintaan. Sopimuskausi on suunniteltu alkavaksi 1.2.2027. Aloitusaikataulu on arvio ja sopimus syntyy vasta molempien sopijaosapuolten allekirjoituksella. Sopimus on voimassa 2 vuotta, jonka jälkeen sitä on mahdollisuus jatkaa kolmen (3) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla 31.1.2032 saakka. Päätöksen sopimuksen jatkosta tekee tilaaja. Hankinta ei sisällä perussiivousta.
