Kohdekierrokselle osallistuminen on pakollista osallistuakseen tarjoamiseen. Kohdekierros järjestetään 12.10. klo 9.00. Kohdekierrokselle ilmoittautuminen 9.10. klo 15.00 mennessä osoitteeseen [contact details removed]. Hankinta toteutetaan kokonaishankintana yhdessä osassa. Tarjoajan tulee tarjota kaikki tarjouspyynnössä määritetyt palvelut sekä tehtävät. Määritetyt palvelut sekä tehtävät ovat tarjouspyynnön minimivaatimuksia ja niiden alittaminen tai puuttuminen tarjoukselta johtaa suoraan hylkäykseen tarjouspyynnön vastaisena. Sopimus tehdään kaksi (2) + kaksi (2) vuotisena, joista sopimuksen ensimmäiset kaksi (2) vuotta ovat kiinteät ja loput optioita.
