HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena ovat talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon palvelut ja järjestelmät tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritellyn mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". SOPIMUSKAUSI Pääsopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Katso myös tarjouspyynnön liitteenä A olevan pääsopimuksen luku 4. Toimitussopimus on voimassa, kunnes kaikki toimitukseen kuuluvat työt on tehty, ratkaisu on hyväksytysti vastaanotettu ja mahdollinen takuuaika on päättynyt. Ks. liitteenä 7 olevan toimitussopimuksen luvut 3 ja 16. Palvelusopimuksen voimassaolo on sidottu pääsopimuksen voimassaoloon. Ks. liitteenä 7 olevan toimitussopimuksen luku 11. HANKINNAN LAAJUUS Hankinnan arvioitu arvo neljälle (4) vuodelle on 1 100 000 euroa. Hankinnan laajuus on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Palvelujen osuuden hankinnan laajuudesta arvioidaan olevan 700 000 € ja järjestelmien osuuden hankinnan laajuudesta arvioidaan olevan 400 000 €. Erikseen tilattavien palveluiden osuuden hankinnan laajuudesta arvioidaan olevan vähäinen. Ilmoitetut arvot eivät sido tilaajaa sopimuskaudella.
