Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy (jäljempänä Hankintayksikkö) on Kangasalan, Lempäälän, Nokian, Oriveden, Pirkkalan, Vesilahden, Ylöjärven omistama hankintaosakeyhtiö, joka on hankintalain 4 §:n tarkoittama yhteishankintayksikkö. Hankintayksikkö kilpailuttaa tällä tarjouspyynnöllä talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon kokonaispalvelun SaaS-palveluna Kangasalan ja Oriveden kaupungeille sekä Hämeenkyrön, Lempäälän, Pirkkalan ja Vesilahden kunnille (jäljempänä Tilaaja). Hankinta sisältää palvelukokonaisuuden toteuttamisen, siihen liittyvät tietojärjestelmät, käyttöönottoprojektit sekä palvelun jatkuvan ylläpidon, tuen ja kehittämisen. Hankinnan tarkka sisältö, laajuus, vaatimukset, vertailuperusteet, sopimusehdot ja muut hankintaa koskevat ehdot on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, jotka muodostavat kokonaisuudessaan hankinta-asiakirjat.
