Tämä toimeksianto sisältää tie- ja rakentamissuunnitelman laatimisen. Toimeksiantoon sisältyy Pellon uuden rajasillan sekä siihen liittyvien tiejärjestelyjen suunnittelu sekä Suomen että Ruotsin valtioiden alueilla. Tiesuunnitelma laaditaan liikennejärjestelmästä ja maanteistä säädetyn lain mukaisesti. Tie- ja rakentamissuunnitelma laaditaan mallintamalla. Suunnitelmamallin lisäksi suunnitelmia toteutetaan myös perinteisessä muodossa. Tehtävään sisältyy tie- ja rakentamissuunnitelma siinä laajuudessa kuin se tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa on määritelty kaikkine varusteineen ja laitteineen siinä laajuudessa kuin tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa asiakirjoissa on määritelty. Lisäksi työ sisältää mm. seuraavien toimenpiteiden ja osatehtävien suunnittelun selvityksineen: - vuoropuhelun organisointi ja suorittaminen - tie- ja rakentamissuunnitelma laaditaan tietomallintamalla voimassa olevien Väyläviraston ohjeiden mukaisesti - aineiston luovutus tilaajan arkistoon tehtävämäärittelyn mukaisesti Suoritettava palvelu ja sen sisältö on kokonaisuudessaan määritelty tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa tehtävämäärityksissä.
