Hankinnan kohteena on Nokian kaupungin ja Nokian Vuokrakodit Oy:n (jäljempänä "Tilaaja") rakennuttamiskonsulttipalvelut uudisrakentamis- ja peruskorjauskohteisiin sekä purkukohteisiin (jäljempänä "Palvelu"). Palvelun tarve vaihtelee sopimuskauden aikana. Tilaajat eivät sitoudu ostamaan kiinteää määrää Palvelua. Tilaajat voivat hoitaa kilpailutettavien osa-alueiden työtehtäviä myös omana työnä. Hankinnassa perustetaan puitejärjestely, johon valitaan enintään viisi (5) kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen tehnyttä toimittajaa, jollei soveltuvuusehdot täyttäviä tarjoajia tai hyväksyttäviä tarjouksia ole vähemmän. Tarjoajat asetetaan ensisijajärjestykseen halvimman hinnan perusteella. Kts. hankinnan kohteen tarkempi kuvaus ja vähimmäisvaatimukset tarjouspyynnön liitteeltä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Varsinainen sopimuskausi on [suunniteltu sopimuksen aloitusajankohta aikaisintaan 1.1.2027]-31.12.2028, jonka jälkeen sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa optiokaudeksi 1.1.2029-31.12.2030.
