Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia rakennuttajakonsulttipalveluiden hankinnasta. Hankinnan kohteena ovat rakennuttajakonsulttipalveluiden asiantuntijapalvelut. Rakennuttajakonsulttipalveluiden asiantuntijapalvelut sisältävät muun muassa uudis- ja peruskorjauskohteiden rakennuttamisen, valvonnan, kosteuden- sekä puhtaudenhallinnan tehtäviä. Hankinta sisältää projektijohtamisen, rakennuttajakonsulttityöt sekä rakennushankkeiden valvonnan. Kohteita ovat tilojen muutostyöt ja uudishankkeet, joihin sisältyy rakennustyön, maanrakennustyön valvontaa, LVIA–työn valvontaa, sähkötyön valvontaa, turvallisuuskoordinointia sekä kosteuden- ja puhtaudenhallintakoordinointia. Palvelu tuotetaan paikan päällä Tilaajan tiloissa osa-alueen maantieteellisellä alueella. Matka- ja päivärahakustannuksia ei makseta erikseen. Hankinta on jaettu neljään osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Projektinjohtopalvelut, rakennuttajakonsultin palvelut ja työmaavalvonta Espoossa ja Kauniaisissa Osa-alue 2: Projektinjohtopalvelut, rakennuttajakonsultin palvelut ja työmaavalvonta Lohjalla, Vihdissä ja Karkkilassa Osa-alue 3: Projektinjohtopalvelut, rakennuttajakonsultin palvelut ja työmaavalvonta Inkoossa, Siuntiossa ja Kirkkonummella Osa-alue 4: Projektinjohtopalvelut, rakennuttajakonsultin palvelut ja työmaavalvonta Hangossa ja Raaseporissa Osa-alueelle 1 valitaan neljä (4) Toimittajaa. Osa-alueelle 2 valitaan neljä (4) Toimittajaa. Osa-alueelle 3 valitaan neljä (4) Toimittajaa. Osa-alueelle 4 valitaan neljä (4) Toimittajaa. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo on 500 000 euroa (alv 0 %).
