Tällä kilpailutuksella valitaan Hekan nykyisiin ja tuleviin kohteisiin puitesopimuskumppanit osa-alueelle 1 ja osa-alueelle 2. Hekan hissikonsulttisopimuksen toimeksiannot koostuvat pääasiassa seuraavista tehtävistä: - Tuki Hekan hissien huoltosopimusten toteutumisessa ja valvonnassa - Hissien elinkaaren asiantuntijapalvelut - Hissien peruskorjaukset ja modernisoinnit asiantuntijapalvelut - Nosto-ovien asiantuntijapalvelut Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteillä. Molemmille sopimusalueille valitaan kaksi (2) puitesopimustoimittajaa, toimittaja nro 1. ja toimittaja nro 2. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta + optiovuodet (1+1).
