Turun kaupungin hankintapalvelut pyytää sisäilmapuhdistimien vuokraamisesta Turun kaupungin eri palvelukokonaisuuksien käyttöön ajalla 1.1.2027 (tavoite) - 31.12.2028, minkä jälkeen sopimusta voidaan jatkaa alkuperäisin ehdoin yhdellä (1) + yhdellä (1) vuodella ajoille 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2029 ja 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2030 (Optiot). Optioissa on kyse Tilaajan oikeudesta ei velvollisuudesta. Hankinnasta tehdään puitesopimus yhden (1) Toimittajan kanssa, jolle valitaan kaksi (2) varatoimittajaa. Varatoimittajia tullaan käyttämään edullisuusjärjestyksessä lähtökohtaisesti sellaisissa tilanteissa, joissa ensisijaisen Toimittajan toiminta on sopimuksen vastaista tai se ei pysty tuottamaan palvelua, esimerkiksi Toimittajantoimituskyvyn, resurssipulan tai vastaavien tilanteiden vuoksi. Hankinnan kohteena ovat vuokrattavat sisäilmanpuhdistimet julkisiin tiloihin. Sisäilmapuhdistimia vuokrataan pääasiallisesti kouluihin, päiväkoteihin ja toimistotiloihin. Ilmanpuhdistimien vuokrauspalveluun sisältyy laitteiden toimitus ja poishakeminen, asennus käyttöpaikalle tarvikkeineen, käyttökoulutus sekä huollot ja korjaus.
