Details

Nurmijärven kunta pyytää tarjouksia ulkovalaistuksen isännöintipalvelusta. Hankinnan kohteena oleva ulkovalaistusverkko käsittää Nurmijärven kunnan hallinnoiman ulkovalaistusverkon, jonka laajuus on noin 14 000 valopistettä. Palvelusopimus on sopijaosapuolten, tilaajan ja isännöintipalvelun tuottajan, kesken solmittu sopimus, jossa tuottaja suorittaa sopimusasiakirjoissa määritellyn palvelun kokonaisvaltaisesti. Palvelun tarkempi sisältö ja tehtävät sekä palvelulle ja palveluntuottajalle asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset on määritelty tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liiteasiakirjoissa. Palvelusopimuksen tehnyt palveluntuottaja sitoutuu tuottamaan palvelut sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tuotettavien palveluiden tulee olla laadukkaita ja kustannustehokkaita ja niihin tulee sisältyä luotettava laadunvarmistus. Palvelusopimuskausi on 1.1.2027-31.12.2028, minkä lisäksi sopimukseen sisältyy viiden (5) vuoden optiokausi (1.1.2029-31.12.2033). Sopimuksen jatkamisesta sopimuskauden ajaksi päättää tilaaja.
