Final External Evaluation of the programme “Radio Education: Promotion of Learning through Radio in Isolated Areas of Pakistan”. The programme is implemented by the UNESCO Islamabad Office and funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). The selected firm will be responsible for conducting an independent final evaluation of the programme’s performance in terms of relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and emerging signs of impact, including the achievement of intended and unintended results over the entire programme period.
