Attached is the Request for Quotation for the 15B51526Q00000024 for a KUBOTA L2502HST tractor with bucket for the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, Texas. This Package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for a quote for evaluation. The following forms, clauses, and statements must be completed and submitted with your offer: A. Standard Form 1449 B. Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services All potential offerors and quoters are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representation and certification requirements [(RFO 4.203 Policy 04/17/2026)].
