The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the requirements of: WASTE WATER TESTING FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 2026 TO OCTOBER 31, 2027, with (4) four option years. SEE THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR DETAILS. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 562119.  Work Needs to begin on OCTOBER 1, 2026. Performance will be at the Federal Correctional Complex 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Government reserves the right to make a single, or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, This IS an all or none quote; vendor must quote all items to be considered, quality, comparison with other offers,  with past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important. Your company can submit its quote on form 15B41826Q00000003; The quote will be evaluated per FAR 13.106-2 and the government may then issue a purchase order (contract) that must be signed by both parties to complete contractual agreement. Please ensure sections 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c and section 1: schedule of supplies and services section are completed. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/.  All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
