FCC TERRE HAUTE BREAD NOVEMBER 2026 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2027 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the requirements of: FCC Terre Haute BREAD FY27 prepared in accordance with FAR 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside.  The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311812 with an employee size maximum of 1000. See the attached Statement of Work for specifications.  The period of performance is November 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Deliveries Need to begin on November 1, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Government reserves the right to make a single, or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, and past performance. THIS IS AN ALL OR NONE QUOTE; vendors should quote all items, to be considered most advantageous to the government based on best value.   Quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative/shipping cost; with past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important.  Please input pricing that includes freight cost to our facility in your quotes. Your company can submit its quote on form 15B41826Q00000015; The quote will be evaluated per FAR 13.106-2 and the government may then issue a purchase order (contract) that must be signed by both parties to complete contractual agreement.  Please fill out sections 17a., 30a., 30b. and 30c. along with each unity price and amount in the schedule of supplies / services. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award; information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
