Pointe-à-Callière, cité d’archéologie et d’histoire de Montréal présentera une exposition intitulée Gengis Khan (titre de travail) du 22 avril au 11 octobre 2027. Cette exposition montrera environ 350 objets provenant principalement du Chinggis Khaan National Museum, et d’institutions muséales de Mongolie, de France et du Canada. Elle occupera les deux salles d’exposition de la Maison-des-Marins (720 mètres carrés). L’objectif est d’offrir à nos publics une expérience scénographique immersive, haute en couleur, qui sera agrémentée de projections et d’interactifs afin de créer une expérience de visite propice à la découverte de l’histoire de la Mongolie. Pour la réalisation du mandat, l’adjudicataire devra procéder à la fabrication de plusieurs composantes de la muséographie, des décors et du mobilier, à l’entreposage des éléments fabriqués si nécessaire, à la livraison, à l’installation et au démontage, ainsi qu’à l’intégration de certains équipements dans le mobilier prévu à cet effet, pour la mise en œuvre de l’exposition « Gengis Khan » (titre de travail).
