Objet : Le présent appel à manifestation d’intérêt concerne l’octroi de titres d’occupation pour l’exploitation d’activités commerciales ou de services sur trois nouveaux emplacements situés en salle d’embarquement de l’aéroport de Bastia-Poretta, identifiés sur les plans annexés au dossier de consultation. Les candidats sont invités à proposer des concepts adaptés à la clientèle aéroportuaire et complémentaires de l’offre existante, qui comprend notamment un bar, une boutique de travel retail roposant notamment des produits de beauté, de parfumerie, de la confiserie, des boissons alcoolisées et des accessoires et une boutique de produits corses. …
Durée / délai d'exécution : La Convention d’Autorisation d’Occupation Temporaire prendra effet le 1er janvier 2027 pour une durée de 5 ans, et prendra fin au plus tard le 31 décembre 2031. Cette durée pourra être adaptée en fonction de l’importance des investissements proposés par le candidat retenu et des conditions d’amortissement économique des travaux réalisés.
