L'objecte del present contracte és l'execució i legalització de l'obra de modificació de la instal·lació petrolífera de gasoil i l'ampliació de la capacitat d'emmagatzematge als edificis Clúster I i Hèlix del Parc Científic de Barcelona. Aquesta actuació s'executa sota la modalitat clau en mà i comprèn les següents activitats i prestacions principals: • Desmuntatge i gestió de residus: Retirada parcial de la instal·lació existent, incloent-hi el desmuntatge segur dels equips obsolets i la correcta gestió de residus perillosos (RAFE) d'acord amb la normativa mediambiental vigent. • Subministrament i instal·lació: Fabricació, subministrament, transport i descàrrega de nous dipòsits homologats i canonades, accessoris i equips de gasoil, incloent-hi el posterior muntatge, assemblatge i posada en funcionament. • Connexió i integració: Connexió hidràulica als sistemes existents que es mantenen en servei (dipòsit pulmó i tram de canonada), actualització dels equips de bombeig i incorporació d'un sistema avançat de control i monitoratge per a la gestió remota. • Obra civil i proves: Execució de l'obra civil necessària, instal·lacions de subministrament i instal·lacions auxiliars necessàries, així com la realització de les proves reglamentàries de funcionament i estanquitat i certificació de les mateixes. • Tramitació i legalització: inspecció ECA de la instal·lació, correcció de les variacions en els plànols del projecte executiu segons la instal·lació final realitzada i tramitació de la legalització del departament d’indústria per a la seva posada en servei definitiva.
