La contractació respon a la necessitat municipal d’ordenar i controlar els accessos motoritzats als camins de Sant Salvador i del Pantà, gestionar aforaments i reserves, reforçar la seguretat, reduir l’impacte de la sobrefreqüentació en l’entorn del Parc Natural i disposar d’un sistema integrat que coordini barreres, pilones, càmeres, lectura de matrícules, comunicacions, energia, obra civil i plataforma de gestió. La plataforma de software s’integra funcionalment en la solució objecte del projecte i constitueix un component necessari per a la seva posada en servei. Haurà de complir els requeriments mínims del PPT complementari, incloent la integració de reserves, TPV municipal, usuaris, modes d’accés, informes, videovigilància, entorns de producció/proves i DEMO.
