Details
Creative Australia is seeking proposals from experienced evaluation providers to deliver evaluation services for its Market and Audience Development program. This work will examine the outcomes and impact of a range of new and evolving initiatives designed to strengthen audience engagement, market development and sector capability. Creative Australia welcomes submissions from providers with demonstrated expertise in evaluation design, mixed-method and flexible approaches, and the delivery of actionable insights.
Conditions for Participation
Tenderers must demonstrate they have:
1) the necessary skills, resources, experience and financial capacity to perform the work; and
2) the professional capability to deliver a multi-year evaluation program
Creative Australia may undertake:
a) probity checks; b) financial checks; and c) security checks, including checks on personnel and subcontractors
Timeframe for Delivery:
The services are initially to 30 June 2028 (Part A), however the evaluation may be extended to June 2029 (Part B) following a review in March 2028. Proposers should provide deliverables and costings for Part A only and Parts A and B
