Le BIT/EVAL recherche un(e) évaluateur(trice) indépendant(e) pour conduire l’évaluation finale groupée de trois interventions financées par la RBSA dans le cadre de DW4PEACE au Togo, au Sahel (Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger) et en Libye. L’évaluation examinera la pertinence, la cohérence, l’efficacité, l’efficience, l’orientation vers l’impact et la durabilité, ainsi que les dimensions transversales de genre, inclusion, tripartisme, sensibilité aux conflits et Nexus HDP. Elle reposera principalement sur une collecte à distance et une approche mixte, avec revue documentaire, entretiens, analyse des données de suivi, études de cas et ateliers virtuels de validation. L’évaluation sera conduite en ligne, n’exigeant pas de déplacement dans les pays couverts. Merci
