Cette consultation à pour objet l'étude et la réalisation du prototype d'une photodiode infrarouge dans le domaine temporel.

Objet : Le présent règlement de consultation a pour objet de définir les conditions selon lesquelles se déroulera la consultation relative à l’étude et la réalisation d’une photodiode infrarouge dans le domaine temporel. Le CEA invite les entreprises, ci-après également désignées par le ou les « soumissionnaire(s) », destinataires du Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) à soumettre au CEA leur offre conformément aux dispositions du présent règlement.

Critères d'attribution : Le CEA retiendra l’offre qu’il juge économiquement la plus avantageuse au regard des critères décrits ci-après en cohérence avec le paragraphe suivant : Critères Pondération Critère financier : ➢ montant des prestations forfaitaires fermes et conditionnelles (DPGF complétée).
