La Cité de Dorval souhaite retenir les services d'une firme multidisciplinaire afin :  D'évaluer l'état du bassin principal du Centre aquatique et communautaire Surrey (CACS);  De déterminer si une solution palliative permettant le maintien ou la remise en service du bassin est techniquement réalisable;  De produire les documents nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux permettant l'ouverture de l'installation pour la saison estivale 2027;  De réaliser une étude de vétusté complète du CACS;  De réaliser une étude de vétusté complète du Centre aquatique et sportif de Dorval (CASD);  D'élaborer un plan directeur consolidé de maintien des actifs et de priorisation des investissements. Le regroupement des deux installations dans un même mandat vise à permettre l'élaboration d'une stratégie coordonnée de réalisation des travaux tenant compte que la fermeture simultanée des deux centres aquatiques devrait être évitée.
