II - La durée de l'accord-cadre se décompose en deux parties : - La part forfaitaire démarre à la notification de l'accord-cadre et prend fin à la réception des prestations - La part à commande démarre à la fin de la part forfaitaire pour une durée d'un (1) an ferme et le démarrage sera matérialisé par un ordre de service. La part à commande pourra être renouvelée tacitement trois (3) fois un (1) an sans que sa durée totale, reconduction comprise, ne puisse excéder quatre (4) ans. Le titulaire ne peut refuser la reconduction. L'EPPDCSI se réserve le droit de ne pas renouveler la part à commande par décision expresse notifiée au titulaire avant la date d'échéance annuelle (la date de référence sera celle de l'OS de démarrage)
