Pakkuja ülesandeks on välja töötada metoodika äkksadudest ohustatud alade määramiseks, sh luua vastavad kaardikihid ja anda üle dokumentatsioon. Lisaks on Pakkuja ülesanne arendada välja avalik GIS‑veebirakendus koos vajaliku funktsionaalsusega ja integreerida äkksadude prognoostulemid GIS-rakendusega. Hankija korraldab pakkujatele infotunni Teamsi vahendusel. Infotund toimub oktoobri kuu jooksul. Täpne aeg tehakse teatavaks Riigiahangete Registri Teabevahetuse lehe kaudu.
