Aastatel 2023 – 2024 on ehitatud reoveepuhastausjaama biogaasil töötav elektri- ja soojusenergia koostootmisjaama (CHP) kompleks. Töövõtja peab tagama ennetava ja korrigeeriva hooldusteenuse osutamise CHP kompleksile vastavalt perioodil 16 400 kuni 59 999 töötundi.
