1. Sõlmitava hankelepingu esemeks on vastavalt riigihanke alusdokumentides ja pakkumuses sätestatud tingimustele aknakatete ostmine koos nende transportimise, paigaldamise, müügigarantii ja muude lisateenuste osutamisega (sh hankija olemasolevate kardinasüsteemide/aknakatete eemaldamine ning utiliseerimine). 2. Nõuded aknakatetele ja nõuded lepingu täitmise käigus pakkuja poolt osutatavatele teenustele on kirjeldatud eelkõige riigihanke selgitava dokumendi (RSD) lisas nr 2 asuvas „Hankelepingu eseme tehnilises kirjelduses (TK)“ ja selle lisas (TK lisa nr 1 „Aknakatete täpsustav kirjeldus“). 3.
