Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping sisekõrvaimplantatsiooni süsteemide ostmiseks raske ja sügava kuulmispuudega patsientidele. Seadmete tellimise periood algab 01.01.2027. a ja kestab kaks aastat või kuni lepingu maksimaalse maksumuse täitumiseni, sõltuvalt sellest, kumb tingimus saabub varem. Juhul, kui lepingu sõlmimine viibib (nt riigihankemenetluse vaidluste tõttu) ja lepingu sõlmimine on hilisem kui tellimise perioodi alguspäev, algab seadmete tellimise periood lepingu sõlmimisest ja kestab 2 aastat või kuni lepingu maksimaalse maksumuse täitumiseni sõltuvalt sellest, milline asjaolu saabub varem. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
