Details

Hanke esemeks on DJI Matrice 600 Pro UAV-ga ühilduva tervikliku VNIR-hüperspektraalse mõõtesüsteemi soetamine. Hangitav süsteem peab võimaldama hüperspektraalsete kujutiste, positsiooni- ja orientatsiooniandmete ning pealelangeva spektraalse kiirguse samaaegset registreerimist, andmete radiomeetrilist korrigeerimist ja georeferentseerimist. Iga viidet, mille hankija teeb tehnilises kirjelduses standardile, tehnilisele tunnustusele, tehnilisele kontrollisüsteemile, kaubamärgile, tüübile, päritolule või muule RHS §-s 88 nimetatud alusele, tuleb asjakohasel juhul lugeda koos märkega „või sellega samaväärne“.
