Bidding will be conducted through Open National Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” Revised Edition of February 2025(“Procurement Regulations”) available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project –Ondo State Coordination Office (L-PRES) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 to 16:00 (local time) – Monday – Friday, at the address given below. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) only per lot.
