The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) requires to establish a Contract for the Maintenance of the Swimming pool and related water equipment at UNSCOL'S Premises, Baabda, Lebanon 2- The initial period of the contract shall be one (1) year with an optional extension of four (4) additional periods of one year (1+1+1+1). The maximum contract duration shall be five (5) years. 3. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement.

5. By expressing interest, vendors must ensure that they are registered in UNGM or will be registering before participating in any possible future solicitation process. Those companies not registered with United Nations Global Marketplace (UMGM) cannot be included in the List of Invitees . Registration with UNGM (WWW.UNGM.ORG) is free of charge and mandatory for all companies wishing to participate in the UN solicitations. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY) 1. Required is that companies responding to this EOI have UNGM registration identifying ‘UN Secretariat’ as a selected agency at minimum, Basic Level. 2. UN reserves the right to issue the final solicitation documents only to those prospective Vendors that respond to the EOI, and are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission, or to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
