1. About SThree Welfare Services Foundation

SThree Welfare Services Foundation (STSF) is a Knowledge and Consulting Firm registered as Section 8 company under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, founded by a team of seven seasoned professionals drawn from diverse sectors including education, corporate training, human resources, and community development. STSF's primary mandate is building the capacities of India's youth and delivering meaningful, measurable services to communities.

STSF operates on a "contribution-based model" rather than a traditional charity model — communities and beneficiaries actively co-invest in their own development through nominal, affordable fees. This approach is deliberately chosen over free or heavily subsidized delivery for three reasons:

Ensures long-term financial sustainability of the program without dependence on grants;

Increases beneficiary’s commitment and interest, since paid beneficiaries are demonstrably more likely to receive services regularly than those get services at no cost; and

Allows the program to be replicated at scale across institutions without requiring CSR or donor funding cycles.

Primary focus of STSF is building the capacities of youths and delivering meaningful services to communities. STSF also strives to bridge service providers and service seekers through digital platforms. At the core of STSF’s work is a commitment to promoting models that are financially sustainable and not reliant on external funding.

2. Purpose of this EOI

STSF invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from credible and committed academic institutions across five states of India – Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttarakhand, who are interested in partnering with STSF, to jointly roll out FutureReady360 program under a defined technical-support model. This program is exclusively designed for high school, inter college and under graduate students, who are seriously looking for guidance and support for building their future. Only academic institutions having good strength and genuinely interested in, and capable of, executing this specific technicalpartnership model are requested to respond.

3. FutureReady360 Program

The partnership will exclusively implement FutureReady360 program in their respective academic institutions. FutureReady360 program is comprehensive package of career guidance, AI training and Life skill training. This is 3-months online program, that includes 50 hours module of career guidance, 20 hours of life skill training and 20 hours for AI training. The students may opt for either or all three programs depend on their interest, capacity and choices.

Thematic Area

Indicative Scope

Career Guidance Program (CGP)

Career counselling for high school, inter college and under graduate students, career pathway mapping, progress tracking.

AI Training Program (AITP)

Foundational AI literacy, use of AI tools for professional growth, exposure to emerging technology.

Life Skills Training

Program (LSTP)

Public speaking, communication, decision-making, leadership, and other core life-skill modules.

How to Apply

Interested academic institutions may submit

the duly filled EOI Application Form,

one page Suitability Note,

Registration Certificate / Trust Deed / Society Registration / Government Affiliation, and

Institutional Profile (max. 2 pages) highlighting experience, scope and strength.

Important note: If your academic institution believes that each student has a right to decide their career pathways and demonstrate success rather than short-term projects, we invite you to partner with us. Incomplete EOI, or EOI received after the last date, will not be considered.
