AVIS La Municipalité de St-Aimé-des-lacs demande des soumissions selon la procédure d’attribution de contrat ouvert pour le déneigement et l'entretien d'hiver de 22,50 kilomètres de rues et de chemins municipaux pour une période de trois (3) ans soit, 2026-2027, 2027-2028 et2028-2029. Toute soumission doit , pour être considérée valide, être préparée sur la formule fournie avec les documents de soumission et accompagnée des documents requis mentionnés au devis. Les documents nécessaires à la soumission seront disponibles sur le site du Système Électronique d ' Appel d'Offres (SÉAO) au www.seao . ca à partir 18 septembre 2026.L'obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification applicable définie par le SÉAO. Toute question doit obligatoirement être adressée à cette personne. Les soumissions doivent être reçues dans des enveloppes cachetées portant la mention « ENTRETIEN D'HIVERDE RUES ETCHEMINS MUNICIPAUX » à nos bureaux municipaux situés au 118, rue Principale, St-Aimé-des-lacs, G0T lS0, avant le lundi 5 octobre 2026 à 11h00. Les soumissions alors reçues seront ouvertes publiquement immédiatement à la suite de l'heure de tombée mentionnée précédemment. La Municipalité de Saint-Aimé-des-Lacs se réserve le droit de n'accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues pour le présent appel d'offres. La Municipalité ne sera en outre passible d'aucune poursuite ou réclamation pour frais ou pertes encourues parles soumissionnaires à la suite de telles décisions.
