Engineering and construction services (as the “ Design-Builder ”) for renovations to the Production Way Operations Center (“ PWOC ”) facility (the “ Project ”). The Corporation intends to deliver the project using a progressive design build (“ PDB ”) delivery model as described in this RFP.
