Attvin er et konsern bestående av Attvin AS og de to døtrene Attvin Produksjon AS og Attvin Næring AS, og er eid at kommunene Ålesund, Haram, Sula, Giske, Stranda, Sykkylven, Fjord og Vestnes. Konsernet er Nordvestlandets største miljøselskap. Attvin samler inn avfall og slam og driver ni miljøstasjoner rundt i eierkommunene.
I denne anskaffelsen er Attvin Produksjon AS oppdragsgiver. Ålesund kommune v/konserninnkjøp gjennomfører anskaffelsen på vegne av oppdragsgiver.
