Alta kommune i samarbeid med Porsanger kommune og Lebesby kommune ønsker å inngå avtaler for kjøp av elektrisk kraft og porteføljeforvaltning. Utlysningen vil omfatte hele behovet for elektrisk kraft til de tre kommunene. Håndtering av konsesjonskraft vil også kunne bli vurdert som en del av avtalen.
Hver kommune vil signere separate avtaler med valgt leverandør.
