Name of the Work Electrical Tender for BHEL R&D Branch under RBO Kukatpally 2. Estimated cost of work Rs 10.94 Lakhs plus GST as applicable 3. Time for Completion of work 45 DAYS from the date of PO or handover of the site whichever is earlier. 4. Eligibility of the contractor 1. Electrical Contractors of the respective category empanelled with SBI-LHO, Hyderabad 2. The vendor should have a valid digital signature to participate in the online tendering process. 5. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs 11,000/-Drafts/BCs shall be in favor of “The Asst. General Manager, SBI” Payable at Kukatpally 6. Tender Cost NIL 7. Address for submission of EMD and opening of tenders : Original EMD should be submitted (before due date and time) physically at office mentioned above. Technical Bid of those firms / contractors who do not submit EMD or tender fee shall be rejected. 8. Date and Time of opening of e - Tenders: 25.09.2026 at 3.10 P.M 12. Payment terms i) No advance payment. ii) Interim Payment–Rs 5Lakhs/-(Minimum) iii) Final P ayment after completion of the work subject to deductions as applicable. 13. Initial Security Deposit (ISD) 2% of contract value 14. Total Security Deposit 3% of contract value which will be retained till the completion of the defects liability period; (From each running bill, an amount at the rate of 8% of the gross value of the running bill shall be recovered as retention money, till the total retention amount including the ISD amount already with th e Bank become 3% of the value of the contract amount) 15. Defects Liability Period 12 Months from the date of completion or commissioning and handover of the work. 16. Liquidated Damages for delay in work If the work is delayed beyond the scheduled completion date, then 0.50% of the total value of the contract per week (or part thereof) of delay will be deducted from the final bill value subject to max 5%of the value of work 17. The quoted rate should be inclusive of Cost of materials, transport, loading , unloading charges, cost of installation, all 3 taxes(excluding GST), wastages, machinery, temporary works such as scaffolding, cleaning, overheads, profit, statutory expenses, incidental charges and all related expenses required for the completion of the work. 2. Additional claims other than the quoted amount will not be entertained. 3. The quoted rates shall be firm throughout the completion of the project 20. Check list of documents to be uploaded 1.
